Project Overview:

This was a group project focused on evaluating and improving brand-specific banking applications. We conducted pluralistic walkthroughs of Kotak, HDFC, and Central Bank apps and ultimately chose HDFC for the redesign.

Context:

To identify usability challenges, we created scenarios and performed heuristic evaluations on key screens involved in completing specific tasks. Based on our findings, we ideated redesign concepts focusing on navigation, visibility, and categorization. We then developed low-fidelity wireframes, which were validated through user testing with five participants via structured interviews.
